Paul Koenigsberg

Managing Partner

Paul Koenigsberg is a 1982 graduate of Columbia University School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Accounting from City University of New York in 1979 where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts as well as the United States District Court Eastern District of New York, United States District Court Southern District of New York, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association and Brooklyn Bar Association. He is a former Clerk to New York Judge John R. Cannizarro.

Richard Weiss

Associate

Richard Weiss joined the firm in 1999. He graduated from Fordham University Law School in 1990 and from the University of Utah in 1977. He is also a graduate of the Long Island University/Brooklyn-Cumberland Medical Center Physician Assistant Program. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Weiss worked for over 13 years as a New York State Physicians Assistant in various hospitals and clinics where he provided surgical assistance as well as care of routine and emergency medical conditions. Mr. Weiss brings a strong knowledge and experience of medical and legal issues to the firm. He is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts as well as the United States District Court Eastern District of New York and United States District Court Southern District of New York. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

Spencer Herman

Counsel

Spencer Herman is a 1979 graduate of New York Law School and a 1973 graduate of SUNY Buffalo. He is a former Associate Corporation Counsel for the City of New York. Mr. Herman works with the firm on complex Construction Law, Premises and Vehicle matters pertaining to grave injuries sustained by our clients. He is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts as well as the United States District Court Eastern District of New York and United States District Court Southern District of New York. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Brooklyn Bar Association, Bronx Bar Association, Queens Bar Association and New York City Trial Lawyers Association.

Robert Rosenberg

Counsel

Robert Rosenberg is a 1986 graduate of Hofstra Law School and a 1983 graduate of SUNY Binghamton. He worked for almost 10 years as Senior Staff Trial Counsel for Royal Insurance Company prior to concentrating on representing injured claimants. He works with the firm on Motor Vehicle, Premises, Municipal Liability and various other matters. He is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts as well as the United States District Court Eastern District of New York and United States District Court Southern District of New York. He is a member of the New York City Trial Lawyers Association and Brooklyn Bar Association.
